Quantec Software joins the San
Diego Software Industry Council (SDSIC)
(Pending Release May 4, 2006): On
May 3, 2006, Quantec Software submitted registration and paid membership
dues to join the San Diego Software Industry Council. Our membership
reflects the fact that we are now headquartered in San Diego, and much of
our local business is in this area. The SDSIC is a prestigious association
of leading software companies, both small and large. It includes businesses
of diverse sizes, from small businesses like ours, to large conglomerates
like Oracle Corporation and Sun Microsystems. We believe the decision
to join the SDSIC will help us, as the management of Quantec Software,
improve our client's business by giving us access to more intellectual
resources. The SDSIC serves as a forum for businesses to get together
and exchange ideas, thus mutually benefiting all members. We feel that the
SDSIC's focus on internet commerce will be resourceful to our enterprise and
will have a positive direct benefit to all our new and existing clients.
In addition, to help promote our company brand, we submitted
our company name as Your Ecommerce, rather than Quantec
Software. Because Quantec Software also engages in other
services, including database applications, we feel that
specializing our name tag to Your Ecommerce for the SDSIC
will help focus our membership attention to e-commerce
specific goals. We submitted our company to the SDSIC
on May 3, and we anticipate to have our business name listed
within several weeks.
